Course Description
Honors Government and Economics combines the study of the American government system at the federal, state and local levels with the study of major economic systems in the world, with an emphasis on the system that is used in the United States. Students will explore the interaction between government and economics through direct instruction, simulations, and projects. In addition, students will also learn the importance of personal financial responsibility and their civic duties in this class through activities, discussion and real world scenarios.
