The total cost is $4000, which can be paid in three installments and you have two options for making your payments. You can choose to have the payments added to your FACTS account for October ($1,000), December ($1,500), and February ($1,500). You can also pay online, but please be aware that their is an additional cost to cover the transaction fees.
