History

Alumni & Friends of Aquinas was founded by graduates of Mount St. Joseph Academy, Boy’s Catholic High School and Aquinas High School in 2006 at the urging of Buster Sheahan (BCH ’54). The association is made up of alumni from all three schools, as well as friends in our community.

Initially started as a way for alumni to stay connected and socialize, the association has grown over the years and now includes a scholarship program, which gives annual scholarships to Aquinas High School students who are in need.

Our annual Alumni & Friends of Aquinas Homecoming Reception is our biggest event of the year. It’s a great time to support Aquinas and see old friends.

We also strive to help our alumni stay connected through annual class reunions. Contact Jason Scherer (jasonscherer@bellsouth.net) for more information on your upcoming reunion.
